The clerks' room is staffed from 8.45am until 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours our Practice Director can be contacted on 07799 448858 or a message can be left on our answer-phone which will be dealt with promptly when chambers reopens.
Chambers' Practice Director Robert has more than twenty five years' experience working as a Clerk and Practice Manager within barristers' chambers. He has experience of clerking in many areas of the law from general common law to most of the specialist areas in which members of chambers work.
Robert's aim is to build strong, open and professional relationships with those who instruct us and is always pleased to help in solving any queries that clients and prospective clients may wish to discuss.
He holds a Professional Diploma in Management from the Open University.
Junior Clerk Sam joined chambers straight from school and has shown remarkable talent in acquainting herself with all aspects of clerking. She has a very pleasant manner and really likes to help those who instruct us.
Fees Clerk David came to chambers after a long career in business and has a real understanding of the right way to go about fee collection. He is always willing to discuss any temporary payment difficulties clients may have and tries to agree a mutually acceptable timetable on those occasions.
