Laura specialises in employment law, civil litigation and immigration law.
With a degree in Natural Sciences, Laura combines problem-solving, analytical research techniques and vocational skills, to provide a meticulous, broad-based approach to the law.

Employment

Laura represents both employers and employees at employment tribunal (ET) and the employment appeal tribunal (EAT). She has experience in a wide range of cases covering all aspects of employment law including discrimination (sex, race, age, sexual orientation, religion and disability), unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, TUPE transfers, whistleblowing and claims for unpaid wages.
Laura also provides advice on employment law issues to employers and employees, regularly provides training seminars and lectures on employment law and has been involved in the presentation of mock tribunals.

Civil Litigation

Laura has been instructed in a broad spectrum of cases covering the following areas: contract disputes, landlord and tenant, mortgage possessions, property disputes (trusts), other housing claims, boundary disputes, personal injury and claims under the Protection from Harassment Act.

Immigration Law

Laura regularly represents at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal in both immigration and asylum cases.
