Philippa was called to the Bar in 1995. She completed a degree in Fine Arts and History of Art at the University of Witwatersrand (WITS) in South Africa before studying law at the University of Westminster.
Philippa has a broad based Chancery Commercial practice that covers all aspects of real property work including mortgages and trusts, boundary disputes, easements and rights of way and commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes.
General Chancery work includes personal and corporate insolvency, company law, directors’ rights and duties and the law of trusteeship.
Her Commercial work includes consumer credit disputes including banking and credit card disputes, as well as a broad range of contractual disputes, sale of goods and services and professional negligence actions.
