Zeeshan specialises in employment law and regulatory law in addition to general civil work. He is also an expert on gaming and betting law, where he has appeared in some of the leading cases both before the criminal and civil courts.

As a specialist in employment law, he has acted on behalf of numerous large employers including blue chip companies in matters relating to discrimination, unfair dismissal and breach of contract. In addition, he has considerable experience advising on matters connected to corporate support including: business transfers, severance agreements, termination clauses, policies and contracts.

Zeeshan regularly acts on behalf of local authorities and private clients defending and prosecuting statutory breaches in matters of planning, health & safety, environmental health and trading standards.

He has been published in the leading international law journal for Gaming and Betting, the Gaming Law Review.

He is accredited to accept direct public access work.
